About Lorraine Grover

I gained my Registered General Nurse qualification from St Bartholomew’s Hospital, London in 1984 and qualified as a sex therapist in 2003.

This dual qualification enables me to manage patients in an holistic way combining pharmacotherapy and behavioural techniques. I achieved a Developing Practice Award from The Queen’s Nursing Institute to develop an information package for patients and partners regarding erectile dysfunction. I have worked on several advisory boards regarding the development of therapies for erectile dysfunction and its management. I regularly attend specialist international conferences on sexual health. I am also a trustee of the Sexual Advice Association and Specialist Advisor to Macmillan Cancer Support and Prostate Cancer UK. I am a member of the British and European Societies of Sexual Medicine ( BSSM & ESSM ) and College of Sex and Relationship Therapists (COSRT). I have particular expertise in managing the sexual function in patients diagnosed with prostate cancer.

Consultations will typically last approximately 50 minutes and the charge is £200.00 per consultation.  During this time I will obtain a detailed understanding of your condition. You may attend with your partner if you so desire.

Note: Consultation fees are due at the time of your visit. I am able to accept card payments, cash or cheque drawn from a British bank account. Please be aware that fees are not always redeemable from your private health insurance company.
